Singapore Chinese Orchestra Co. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager (Audience Experience) to drive audience growth and engagement. You will oversee ticketing operations, manage FSCO memberships, and nurture relationships with concertgoers and partners.
The role requires coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences, while front-of-house duties and group bookings help meet revenue goals. English and Chinese communication skills are essential.
This role is responsible for driving audience growth and engagement for the Singapore Chinese Orchestra. The Manager oversees ticketing operations, leads the development of membership programmes, and cultivates strategic partnerships to expand audience reach. Working closely with internal teams, the Manager ensures a seamless customer experience while strengthening relationships with concertgoers, members, and the community.
Job Responsibilities
Ticketing and Sales Operations
Oversee ticketing operations for concerts and events, including ticket configuration, sales monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Work closely with the marketing and programming teams to support ticket sales campaigns and optimise attendance.
Manage ticketing platforms to ensure a seamless customer journey across online and on-site sales.
Support collaboration with corporate, community, and cultural partners on ticketing initiatives and promotions.
Perform front-of-house duty at concerts and events (to ensure smooth audience operations.
Drive and manage group ticket bookings with educational institutions, arts groups and community organisations to meet ticket revenue goals
Friends of SCO (FSCO) Membership
Develop and implement strategies to grow, engage, and retain FSCO members.
Plan and manage membership programmes, including member-exclusive events, benefits, and communications.
Oversee membership registrations, renewals, and patron relationship management.
Track and analyse membership data and engagement metrics to strengthen audience loyalty
Customer Experience
Manage customer enquiries and post-concert feedback
Ensure high standards of service, responsiveness and audience satisfaction across all touchpoints
Work with the Marketing Communications team to support wider marketing and communications activities when required
Job Requirements
At least 3 years of relevant experience in ticketing, audience development, membership management, or customer experience.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience managing ticketing systems and event sales operations will be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage patrons, partners and stakeholders.
Highly organised with strong project management abilities.
Good verbal and written skills in both spoken English and Chinese for working with English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
A proactive team player who can work independently, takes initiatives, with an eye for details.

Willing to work weekday evenings and weekends for front-of-house duty during concerts and events
