Job Responsibilities

• Support the Architecture Manager in project coordination, report preparation, documentation control, and participation in coordination meetings.
• Lead and supervise a team of Architectural Design Coordinators to ensure architectural works are executed in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure accurate interpretation and effective implementation of architectural drawings and details.
• Ensure all architectural works comply with local authority regulations, codes of practice, and internal company standards.
• Plan, manage, and oversee the preparation and submission of construction and shop drawings, including approval processes.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams and resolve design discrepancies or architectural issues during construction.
• Monitor architectural works on site and coordinate interface issues with Structural, M&E, and Interior Design trades.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and material installation meet architectural requirements.
