Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned technology consultant to lead business engagement, solution discovery, and AI-enabled transformations in Singapore. You will partner with executive stakeholders to define requirements, roadmaps, and deployment plans, translating business aims into pragmatic product and technical specs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5-8+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, product delivery, enterprise applications, or solution implementation.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale deployments.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Track record of delivering data, cloud, AI or digital transformation initiatives.
• Technical skills: Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure and other clouds), Agile Product Delivery, AI / GenAI Technologies, Enterprise Integration & APIs, Full Stack development, Data Platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into actionable product and technical requirements.

• Validate technical feasibility, integration requirements, and operational readiness.

• Work with data teams to ensure data readiness, quality, governance, and accessibility.

• Measure and report business outcomes and benefits realization.
