Job summary

Village Flavor Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee front and back-of-house restaurant operations and assist the Manager in daily tasks. You will hire, onboard, train staff, schedule shifts, and resolve conflicts while maintaining hospitality standards.

You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure authentic Indian cuisine quality, manage inventory, control costs, and supervise customer service during peak hours, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a similar F&B role.
• Knowledge of variety of Indian cuisines, especially Chettinad non-veg.
• Cooking experience is a plus.
• Courtesy and tact in dealing with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Available to work flexible hours, weekends and public holidays.
• IT and accounting knowledge is a plus.
