Job summary

ST Engineering Unmanned & Integrated Systems Pte Ltd is seeking a Network Maintenance Engineer to deliver integrated IT services for defence-sector clients. You will lead operational IT delivery, maintain infrastructure, and ensure service levels while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong knowledge in networking, cybersecurity and system integration, with leadership capabilities and a Singaporean eligibility.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/IT/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of networks, cybersecurity and system integration.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Singaporean only.

Responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance activities and allocate resources for IT systems.
• Perform maintenance of IT systems and ensure high availability.
• Apply cybersecurity patches and participate in tech refresh activities.
• Manage network protocols, routing, switching and firewall configurations.
• Monitor Nutanix HCI infrastructure, cluster health, and capacity planning.
• Use Splunk for proactive log analysis, monitoring and alerting.

The Network Maintenance Engineer for Integrated Information Technology Systems plays a crucial role in providing integrated IT services to our customers in the Defence sector. You will be responsible for providing operational leadership to ensure effective delivery of IT solutions, infrastructure management, and support services to meet the needs of the company and our customers.

• Schedule maintenance activities and allocation of resources.
• Conduct maintenance of IT systems, including but not limited to the following to ensure high system availability.
  • To execute cybersecurity patches and participate in tech refresh activities.
  • To manage network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall configurations.
  • To ensure optimal operation and performance of Nutanix HCI infrastructure, including cluster health monitoring and capacity planning.
  • To utilize Splunk for proactive log analysis, monitoring, and alerting to identify and address anomalies before service impact.
• To foster continuous service improvement initiatives and customer-centricity within the department.

Qualities We Value
