Job summary

Sth Traders in Singapore seeks an Assistant Head Chef to support the Head Chef in managing all kitchen production operations. You will oversee food production, ensure service quality, maintain kitchen workflow, and enforce SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.

You will assist with manpower planning, training, and performance monitoring, while controlling costs, wastage, and stock. You will lead the team when the Head Chef is absent and coordinate with other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and kitchen management capability.
• Good understanding of food quality control, stock control, cost control, and wastage control.
• Able to manage kitchen team, workflow, manpower, and service pressure.

Responsibilities
