Reporting to the Regional Finance Head, you will drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting to support performance, cost control and governance across the region.

Reporting to the Regional Finance Head, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of financial planning and analysis including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting to drive business performance and cost control initiatives. You will manage comprehensive annual budgets, maintain quarterly re-forecasts, and evaluate financial risks and opportunities. You will be the primary financial advisor to functional budget holders, conducting monthly operational reviews, dissecting underlying cost drivers, and driving continuous process improvements across enterprise-wide financial systems. You will also be involved in special projects to conduct financial evaluation of new ad-hoc service requirements and work with the other operational finance team to ensure accurate revenue recognition, controls and governance to corporate policies.
You should ideally be degree qualified with at least 5 years of financial planning & analysis experiences. You possess strong analytical acumen, strict attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills to present complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial business partners. Proactive stakeholder management, a collaborative approach, and the ability to prioritize effectively within strict reporting schedules are critical for success in this role.
