Job summary

RMA CONSULTANTS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a finance professional to support performance monitoring, KPI management and data analytics. You will work with stakeholders to drive service performance improvements and provide data-driven insights to support operational excellence.

The role involves reviewing reports, validating KPIs, handling audits, and preparing KPI reports. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in finance, strong writing and communication skills, and proficiency in SAP

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification with at least 2 years working experience in finance.
• Good interpersonal, analytical communication and writing skills.
• Proficient in data analytics, SAP Finance and Microsoft Office, including dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense or RPA.

Responsibilities

• Review existing system reports for business monitoring.
• Surface issues/ anomalies and follow up with stakeholders.
• Verify outsourced KPIs and compile KPI reports (monthly/ quarterly/ half-yearly).
• Review KPI waiver requests from outsourcing provider.
• Manage feedback on service quality and review outsourcing scope.
• Handle audits and respond to finance-related queries.
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as required.

• Review existing system reports or reports prepared by the Authority's outsourced service provider(s) for business monitoring
• Surface any issues/ anomalies and follow up with respective stakeholders to clarify and rectify issues/performance gaps
• Verify outsourced service provider KPIs and compile monthly/ quarterly/ half-yearly key performance indicators (KPI) reports
• Review and assess KPI waiver requests from the Authority's outsourced service provider.
• Manage feedback on outsourced service quality and to review scope of outsourcing to maintain relevancy.
• Handle audits and respond to finance-related queries
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as required
