The role involves month-end close, compliance with IFRS, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and system enhancements.

Qualifikationen

• At least 6 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles with IFRS knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Excel/Power BI is a plus.

• Assist in managing full spectrum of accounting and SG finance functions.
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports (BS, P&L, cash flow).
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting for OAP, collaborating with SEA regional finance.
• Analyze financial information to provide insights to SEA and OHQ management.
• Ensure consistency in financial reporting with OHQ and tax compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (auditors, tax advisors).
• Support ERP/system implementation, process improvements, and automation initiatives.

• To assist in managing the full spectrum of accounting and SG finance functions, collaborating with SEA country finance, and supporting requirements from Onitsuka Tiger Headquarters (OHQ).
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in managing outsourcing team on month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Participate in budget and forecasting processes for Onitsuka Tiger Asia Pacific (OAP), collaborating with Onitsuka Tiger SEA Regional Finance Manager and OAP Business Management department to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Analyse financial information to provide insights and recommendations to Onitsuka Tiger SEA members and OHQ Business Management department, supporting business growth and profitability in the SEA region.
• Assist the Regional Finance Manager and collaborate with OHQ Business Management department on financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, providing regular updates on progress and performance data.
• Ensure consistency in financial reporting and analysis across the organization in coordination with OHQ Business Management department.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including auditors and tax advisors.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to finance and accounting, including tax compliance and financial reporting requirements.
• Assist in managing the finance team and provide guidance and support as needed, including coaching and development of team members.
• Be a part of ERP or system implementation projects, process improvements initiatives, system enhancements, and automation initiatives within the accounting and finance function, including UAT.
• Identify and implement process improvements through cross-functional collaboration, including streamlining financial reporting and enhancing financial controls.
• Execute ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by superior or management.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• At least 6 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Professional accounting qualifications preferred (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles with knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Power BI is a plus .
• Ability to work under pressure to meet timelines and adapt to fast changing business environment.
