Singapore Public Service seeks a disciplined professional to assist in overseeing waste receiving operations at TMTS & SL. You will coordinate safety with stakeholders, supervise on-site contractors, and ensure timely maintenance while maintaining safety and compliance.

The role requires a Diploma (engineering preferred), strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in harsh environments. Fresh graduates are welcome, with shifts including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline; engineering background preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• 3+ years of experience in construction, waste management, facility management or related industry preferred.
• Procurement and contract management experience preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision; able to work in harsh environments.
• Willing to be deployed to TMTS and SL locations; shifts include mornings/afternoons/weekends.
• Medical declaration or further assessment may be required in shortlisting.

Responsabilités

• Assist engineer in overseeing safe waste receiving operations at TMTS & SL slipways.
• Coordinate operational and safety matters with TMTS/SL stakeholders.
• Supervise contractors on site to ensure safe completion of work.
• Ensure work does not disrupt operations; maintain safety.
• Attend to maintenance/repair works within set timelines.
• Assist in traffic management plan reviews for TMTS/SL.
• Prepare and call quotations for infrastructure maintenance.
• Review spare parts supply for landfill equipment.
