Job summary

JR (SG) ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site assistant to support the General Manager and Project Team at our Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park location. The role involves coordinating site activities, conducting surveys, and assisting with AutoCAD drawings to ensure project workflow.

Ideal candidates have ITE/NITEC qualifications with proactive communication and teamwork. Training will be provided for those with less experience, and AutoCAD exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• ITE or NITEC qualification (or equivalent) required.
• Training will be provided for candidates with no relevant experience.
• Good communication, able to meet deadlines, a team player, and a positive attitude.
• AutoCAD experience prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily site activities with the General Manager and Project Team to maintain project workflow.
• Participate in site surveys and assist with site inspections to verify project conditions and compliance.
• Conduct site measurements and update drawings based on actual site conditions.
• Prepare and update 2D/3D engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
• Assist with installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities when required.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal team members to facilitate project coordination.
• Assist in QA/QC activities on site to uphold project standards.
• Coordinate material deliveries and monitor availability of supplies to ensure uninterrupted site operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project needs.
