Job summary

AtomRecruit Pte. Ltd. in Yishun, Singapore is seeking a service-focused professional to support customers locally and abroad. You will liaise with external clients, manage service accounts and respond on-site when required.

Responsibilities include inventory control, issuing service orders, preparing weekly service reports, and coordinating with vendors and HQ. Fresh graduates welcomed; training provided. Basic salary 2,800–3,500 SGD plus AWS and a bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering field required.
• Fresh/entry-level welcome; training provided.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with external customers in Singapore or abroad for service/technical matters.
• Account management for technical or support-related activities.
• Respond to customer sites as required.
• Inventory control and stock taking for spare parts.
• Prepare and update service reports weekly and coordinate with vendors and HQ.
• Impart machine/service knowledge and conduct trainings as needed.
• Provide overseas service support when required.
