Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to support Metal Injection Moulding (MIM) production in Singapore. You will help monitor, maintain, and improve processes to achieve quality, productivity, and efficiency goals.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in a related engineering field, with exposure to MIM or powder metallurgy, and a strong interest in manufacturing. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, plus proficiency in MS Office, are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Metallurgy, Manufacturing Engineering (or related).
• Experience or academic exposure to Metal Injection Moulding (MIM), Powder Metallurgy, Precision Engineering, or Metal Manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong interest in building a career in manufacturing and engineering.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring, maintaining, and improving Metal Injection Moulding (MIM) production processes to achieve optimal quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Support daily production operations and ensure production, quality, and delivery targets are consistently met.
• Assist in identifying and troubleshooting process, equipment, and product quality issues.
• Participate in process validation, production trials, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Tooling, and Maintenance teams to resolve operational and technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical reports, production records, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Support customer requirements relating to product quality, process control, and technical specifications.
• Ensure all production activities comply with company procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.
