Job summary

Faber Image Media Pte Ltd, a premier Singapore-based event production company, is seeking an experienced Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) to support engineering operations across multiple projects, including maintenance and coordination of mechanical systems.

You will work with the in-house AV and technical teams to ensure reliable delivery for live, hybrid, and virtual events, applying technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to meet tight timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, maintenance, project coordination, or technical operations.
• Experience in events, exhibitions, staging, AV setup, or production-related engineering is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, engineering processes, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or engineering software is preferred.
• Good project coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently under tight timelines.
• Knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements is advantageous.
