The high-quality precision mechanical parts, machine assemblies, and vacuum systems are assembled in both clean room and non-clean room environments. As a service provider, Frencken Mechatronics also produces high-quality precision components and modules for leading clients in the high-tech industry.**Key Responsibilities:*** **Cleanroom Assembly:** Perform assembly of precision components in a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict cleanliness and contamination control protocols.* **Helicoils Installation:** Install Helicoils into components as per engineering specifications and standards. Ensure proper installation to maintain component integrity and performance.* **Helium Leak Testing:** Conduct helium leak testing on assembled components to ensure they meet leak-tightness requirements. Identify and address any leaks or defects.* **Quality Control:** Inspect assembled components for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Document inspection results and report any non-conformities.* **Process Documentation:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assembly processes, including work instructions, inspection records, and test results.* **Equipment Maintenance:** Ensure that assembly and testing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. Report any equipment issues to the maintenance team.* **Collaboration:** Work closely with engineers, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure smooth assembly processes and high-quality output.**Qualifications:*** **Education:** Technical Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.* **Experience:** Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cleanroom assembly, preferably in the precision manufacturing industry.* **Skills:*** + Proficiency in Helicoils installation and helium leak testing.* + Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.* + Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and contamination control.* + Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.* + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.* + Good communication and teamwork skills.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience with other precision assembly techniques and testing methods.* Familiarity with ISO 14644 cleanroom standards.**Additional Information:*** **Work Environment:** This position requires working in a cleanroom environment.
