The high-quality precision mechanical parts, machine assemblies, and vacuum systems are assembled in both clean room and non-clean room environments. As a service provider, Frencken Mechatronics also produces high-quality precision components and modules for leading clients in the high-tech industry.**Key Responsibilities:*** **Cleanroom Assembly:** Perform assembly of precision components in a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict cleanliness and contamination control protocols.* **Helicoils Installation:** Install Helicoils into components as per engineering specifications and standards. Ensure proper installation to maintain component integrity and performance.* **Helium Leak Testing:** Conduct helium leak testing on assembled components to ensure they meet leak-tightness requirements. Identify and address any leaks or defects.* **Quality Control:** Inspect assembled components for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Document inspection results and report any non-conformities.* **Process Documentation:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assembly processes, including work instructions, inspection records, and test results.* **Equipment Maintenance:** Ensure that assembly and testing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
