Singapore One Rail Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Duty Controller/Engineer to oversee operations, monitor faults on the mainline and depot, and dispatch O&M staff when safety or operations are affected.
You will develop normal operation procedures, contribute to incident management in Maintenance Control, and prepare reliability and performance reports for OCC. Reports to Chief Controller while on duty.
Monitors and manages fault occurrences and engineering work activities for the mainline and depot.
In the event of a fault that affects safety and/or operations, dispatches O&M staff to attend to the fault immediately
Provides cover to the Maintenance Engineering Centre (MEC) team, when need arises.
Develops procedures of normal operation, post investigation and incident management in Maintenance Control section.
Develops reports for routine operation in OCC relating to reliability and performance.
Responds to any incident upon activation by Engineering or/and Rail Engineering &
Performance Division/Department heads.
Performs shift duty. This role will be rostered 24/7 duty.
Any other tasks assigned by superior.
Polytechnic Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of Railway experiences is preferred.
Knowledge of computer hardware or/and software applications.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Passion for data analytics and condition monitoring systems.
Able to work with own initiative and independent.
Strong planning, organisation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Resourceful, self-motivated and results oriented.
Must not have colour blindness.
