Job summary

ETLA LIMITED in Singapore seeks a Mechanical/Precision Engineer to create child part drawings in SolidWorks, prepare BOMs for RFD, and define raw material specs. You will coordinate with SCM for quotations and consolidate costing information.

Candidates should have 2+ years of relevant experience with CNC machining and CAD software, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and materials. Working hours are 8:15am–5:30pm, Mon-Fri, at Changi North.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical/Precision Engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of CNC machining and CAD software such as SolidWorks.
• Familiar with manufacturing processes, surface treatments, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Create child part drawings using SolidWorks.
• Prepare the BOM for RFD.
• Define raw material specifications (size, treatment, sub-contracting, standard parts).
• Coordinate with SCM to obtain quotations.
• Consolidate all information into the costing format.

Job Requirements

• Understanding of CNC machining, SolidWorks (or similar CAD software), manufacturing processes, surface treatments, and materials.
