Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. invites applications for an Engineering Assistant to join our precision engineering team in the West (near Joo Koon).

The role involves planning and managing production processes, developing workflows, and ensuring quality and spec compliance. Training is provided for non-experienced candidates, with OT on Saturdays if required. You should have NTC 2/3 in Precision Engineering and basic CNC knowledge (Milling/Turning).

Qualifications

• NTC 2/3 in Precision Engineering with relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machining (Milling or Turning).
• Familiar with CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD and Mastercam).
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Training provided for those without experience.
• Able to work OT on Saturdays if required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage production processes, equipment, and procedures.
• Design production workflows and provide clear work instructions.
• Ensure products meet quality and specification standards.
• Use time study, SPC, FMEA, and others to improve efficiency.
• Propose solutions to prevent product quality issues.
• Design and verify jigs and fixtures for production.
• Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisors.

Position Title: Engineering Assistant

Working Location: West (Nearest MRT: Joo Koon)

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8.30 am to 6.18 pm)

Salary Package: Basic + OT Pay + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage production processes, equipment, and procedures.
• Design production workflows and provide clear work instructions.
• Ensure products meet quality and specification standards.
• Use tools like time study, SPC, FMEA, and others to improve efficiency.
• Propose solutions to prevent product quality issues.
• Design and verify jigs and fixtures for production.
• Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisors.

Minimum NTC 2/3 in Precision Engineering (with relevant experience).
