Job summary

Ministry of Defence of Singapore is seeking a professional to assist in training and doctrine development for cybersecurity expertise. You will develop and track training roadmaps and syllabi within the Group, ensuring alignment with doctrines and operations.

The role focuses on training roadmaps, incident response, and collaboration with the training office to support various cybersecurity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in cybersecurity, computer science, computer engineering or related field preferred.
• At least 6 years of relevant cybersecurity or training experience.
• SANS 500 series qualifications or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous with excellent analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop training roadmaps and syllabus aligned with doctrines for Threat Hunting, Penetration Testing and Incident Response.
• Track and manage training requirements within the Group.
• Develop doctrines and concepts of operations reflecting latest cybersecurity developments.
• Support the training office on secondary tasks as required.

What You Will Be Working On

• Develop training roadmaps and syllabus in line with doctrines and concept of operations for Threat Hunting, Penetration Testing and Incident Responses
• Track and manage training requirements within the Group
• Develop doctrines and concept of operations in line with the latest developments in the cybersecurity domain
• Support the training office for other secondary taskings, where required

Challenge(s)

• Keeping updated on the latest incidents and developments in the cybersecurity domain within the commercial sector
• Working closely with the training office on training matters

What We Are Looking For

• Education in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field is preferred
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in the cybersecurity or training domain
• SANS 500 series qualifications or equivalent is preferred
• Good command of written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous with excellent analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as a team player
