Job summary

National Heart Centre of Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a senior corporate communications leader to guide the organisation's brand, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement. You will work with the Chief Communications Officer to advance strategic initiatives and partnerships.

The role emphasizes leading integrated communications strategies, media relations, and internal communications, while mentoring the team and driving continuous improvement across NHCS’s communications

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
• 10–12 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or stakeholder engagement.
• At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role managing communications teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management with hands-on media relations, leadership communications, and issues management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be a key member of the Corporate Development team and work closely with the Chief Communications Officer (CCO) to advance NHCS’s communications, brand and reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead integrated communications strategies to strengthen NHCS’s positioning as a leading cardiovascular centre locally and regionally, including proactive media engagement and digital communications.
• Partner senior leadership and provide strategic communications counsel, translating priorities into clear narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee internal communications to strengthen staff engagement and alignment; coordinate and manage strategic collaborations and partnerships where relevant.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members and drive continuous improvement in communications and partnerships work.
