You will translate organisational priorities into audience-centric content, manage a multidisciplinary team of creatives, photographers and videographers, and collaborate with Strategic Communications to amplify narratives across owned platforms in Singapore.

Qualifikationen

• At least 10 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Marketing, Digital Communications, and/or creative leadership roles.
• Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communications or related course.
• Knowledge of Canva, Capcut, Adobe software packages (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development and execution of Woodlands Hospital's integrated content strategy across internal and external channels.
• Own and manage the organisation's content and editorial calendar, ensuring alignment with goals, launches, campaigns and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for proactive storytelling and audience engagement through timely, relevant content.
• Drive a coordinated content planning process across departments and stakeholders.
• Ensure effective amplification of priorities through appropriate formats, channels and sequencing.
• Lead digital communications strategy and content distribution across owned platforms.
• Oversee management of social media channels and digital engagement initiatives.
• Develop channel strategies to strengthen reach and engagement.
• Monitor channel performance and emerging platforms to optimise effectiveness.
• Ensure content is distributed through the most appropriate channels to maximise impact.
• Lead conceptualisation and development of visual communications strengthening reputation and brand presence.
• Ensure outputs are audience-centric, visually engaging and on-brand.
• Establish and maintain creative quality standards across outputs.
• Lead planning and execution of visual storytelling across hospital campus.
• Ensure consistency of visual identity across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Strengthen brand and stakeholder experience through environmental storytelling.
• Develop integrated campaigns supporting priorities, launches, outreach and staff engagement.
• Plan and coordinate content deployment across channels.
• Ensure coordinated amplification through content, creative and channels.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of content creators, designers, photographers, videographers and digital professionals.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Build capabilities in digital storytelling and content development.
