Job summary

Health Promotion Board seeks a senior professional to drive corporate development and organisational transformation, empowering cross-divisional integration and capability-building for continuous transformation and future readiness.

You will lead initiatives from diagnosis to implementation, working with senior leaders to deliver meaningful improvements that benefit both business and enabling divisions.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Organisational Development/Organisational Psychology, Organisation Excellence, Strategy, Transformation or Change Management, Human Resources, Public Administration or related disciplines.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in organisational transformation, process redesign or board-wide improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with digital transformation, AI-enabled productivity tools or future-of-work practices.
• Experience in consulting, organisational diagnostics or facilitation of large-scale change initiatives.
• Strong systems thinker who can connect issues across functions and translate insights into practical solutions.
• Effective influencer who can engage and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-informed approach to decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-divisional initiatives from diagnosis to implementation and benefits realisation.
• Identify systemic issues and opportunities through organisational and process diagnostics.

The Corporate Development and Organisation Development functions partner business and enabling divisions to strengthen organisational development, improve cross-divisional integration, and build HPB's capability for continuous transformation and future readiness. Through a systemic and board-wide lens, CDCO identifies and addresses organisational barriers, enhances productivity, and enables Board-wide transformation, culture and capability-building initiatives.

[What you will be working on]

Your role will focus on driving corporate development initiatives that improve organisational excellence and strengthen integration across HPB.
