Job summary

Sen Tat Engineering Pte Ltd invites an experienced Quantity Surveyor Team Lead to manage the QS team on ongoing projects in Singapore, overseeing cost control, reporting, planning and coordination of all QS activities.

The role covers pre-tender to post-tender activities, including quantities, variations, measurement, tender costing, cost estimates, monthly claims and final accounts, with regular project financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Quantity Surveyor team in the project, monitoring, reporting, planning and coordinating all aspects of their work.
• Manage the financial and contractual of all projects from pre-tender to post-tender including quantities, variations, measurement, tender costing, cost estimates, monthly claims, final accounts etc.
• Regular reporting of project account status, including costing, outstanding payment & etc
• Liaise with Quantity Surveyors and sub-contractors on issues relating to progress payments, variations, claims and extension of time.
• Attend site visits, negotiations and project site meetings on ongoing projects.
