You will mentor teams, drive supplier partnerships, and advance cost reduction through value engineering and risk management. This role requires collaboration across Disney’s design, merchandising, and vendor networks to achieve global objectives.

Qualifications

• 10 to 12 years’ experience in Global Sourcing, Product Development, or equivalent.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable priorities and plans.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
• Experience with supplier negotiation and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develops and mentors teams to deliver sourcing outcomes.
• Manages global initiatives, processes & resources for safe products and environments.
• Engages suppliers and colleagues to optimize performance and drive innovation.
• Educates and cultivates suppliers to meet timelines and quality expectations.
• Oversees development of short and long-term sourcing strategies and risk mitigation.
• Travels domestically and internationally to expand vendor relationships.
