Job summary

Forvis Mazars in Singapore is seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented individual to join our internal finance team in Singapore. The role focuses on day-to-day finance operations, financial reporting, and general accounting activities to support month-end closing and audits.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in accountancy or finance, with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Oracle NetSuite are advantageous.

• Assist in preparing reports, audit documentation and data for management reporting and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures and statutory requirements.
• Provide administrative and ad-hoc support within the finance team as required.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve finance-related queries and support process improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in accountancy or finance related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Meticulous and analytical with numbers
• Good understanding of accounting principles and experience in processing accounting transactions.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite would be an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to organize, analyze, and present financial data, is preferred.
