Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assembly Technician to support final assembly production lines, conduct daily maintenance, and assist in process research for continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on experience in mechanical/electronic assemblies and involvement in automotive-related processes. You will analyse data to identify root causes, prepare work instructions, track ECR/TCN documents, and support resolution of R&D issues to improve line throughput.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of production process experience; majored in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics, with automotive.
• Electronics industry background preferred.
• Skilled in precision structural assembly; experience in AA alignment, motor assembly and related processes is a plus.
• Strong analytical ability to identify root causes from data analysis and drive corrective actions for problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and daily maintenance of final assembly production lines.
• Support analysis and disposition of defective products.
• Assist in process research, verification and continuous improvement activities.
• Follow up verification results of line equipment, tooling & fixtures, and submit optimization requests.
• Assist in compiling and releasing production work instructions and process technical documents.
• Support resolution of R&D issues and improvement of assembly line throughput.
• Track and complete full closed-loop handling of ECR/TCN documents.

Remuneration: $2,600-$3,600+ VB + $150/month Transport Allowance + $100/month Meal Allowance

Working hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
