Job summary

BizLink Speedy Pte. Ltd. is expanding its manufacturing operations in Singapore and seeks 20 experienced Assembly Technicians to join our Production team.

You will interpret wiring schematics, assemble and test system racks, and support process improvements while upholding 5S, safety, and quality standards. Strong reading of drawings and hands-on skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical and electronics assembly within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, and assembly work instructions.
• Knowledge of SAP and MES systems is an advantage; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; Able to work independently and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow assembly work instructions, schematic diagrams, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
• Perform system rack assembly, integration, testing, and basic troubleshooting in accordance with established procedures.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Support electrical and electronics assembly activities while ensuring product quality and workmanship.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to implement process improvements and engineering changes.
• Lead and guide production operators to achieve quality, productivity, and delivery targets.
• Ensure compliance with 5S standards, workplace safety, and company quality requirements.
• Complete production records, inspection reports, and other required documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
