You will conduct legal research, investigate facts for commercial claims, draft and review documents, use workplace legal technologies, and collaborate with conducting lawyers to prepare case materials. This role emphasizes organized case files and professional communication with internal teams and external parties.

Qualifications

• Must be a Qualified Person under the Legal Profession (Qualified Persons) Rules.
• Intend to undertake your practice training period under a practice training contract.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research to gather and analyze information supporting cases.
• Investigate and verify facts relevant to potential commercial claims to strengthen case arguments.
• Draft and review legal documents ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity for case submissions.
• Manage and apply workplace legal technologies to improve efficiency in case handling and documentation.
• Collaborate with conducting lawyers and team members to prepare and organize case materials effectively.
• Maintain organized and detailed case files and documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external parties to facilitate case progress.
