Job summary

The GMP Group is seeking an experienced MES Specialist to lead the deployment and upgrade of AspenTech MES to version 15, and to design, develop and implement new workflows for Smart Manufacturing. You will maintain MES configurations, prepare BPM/STSs, and provide global IT collaboration for IP.21, Batch.21 and EBRS, ensuring system stability and continuous improvements.

Responsibilities include testing, deployment, performance monitoring, and driving MES enhancements to optimize manufacturing

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in AspenTech MES and EBRS workflow design and configuration.
Understand end-to-end MES implementation lifecycle: design, configuration, testing and deployment.
Able to create and maintain BPM, STS and functional design documents.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or CS.
1–5 years in manufacturing app support or related roles.
Experience in improving manufacturing applications and cross-functional projects.
Strong problem-solving and collaboration in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Lead deployment and upgrade of AspenTech MES to version 15.
Design, develop and implement new workflows to support Smart Manufacturing.
Develop, implement and maintain MES configurations and data updates.
Prepare MES documentation including BPM and STS.
Provide application support for AspenTech MES (IP.21, Batch.21, EBRS) with global teams.
Collaborate with partners to ensure system stability and implement corrective actions.
Perform testing, validation, deployment and performance monitoring.
Identify improvement opportunities and drive MES enhancements for efficiency.
