Job summary

Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management Asia is seeking a Client Service Manager to support Investment Representatives and clients in a fast-paced private banking environment. You will handle client servicing, trade settlement, and admin tasks while coordinating across business units.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Mandarin, with a university degree and at least four years of relevant experience, and hold CACS papers. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• University graduate with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Possesses CACS paper 1 and 2.
• Strong knowledge in Private Banking investment products (FX, Equities, Fixed Income, derivatives).
• Detailed and meticulous; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Client Servicing: liaise with Business Units, ensure documentation compliance, follow up on queries, client order taking, understand client relationships.
• Operational Responsibilities: trade booking/settlement, resolve funding and margin issues, manage documentation.
• Administrative Responsibilities: travel/hotel bookings, expense claims, mailing marketing materials.
