Responsibilities

• Provide operational and logistical support for physical commodities sales and trading desks.
• Execute required controls with discipline, ensuring timely completion and sign-off.
• Partner with sales, trading, operations, credit, compliance, legal and technology to resolve client queries.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and financial institutions.
• Identify and support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual touchpoints.
• Communicate clearly with support teams and external stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
