Job summary

Bureau Veritas Asia-Pacific is recruiting APA Procurement Excellence Director to build and lead unified procurement across the region. This strategic transformation project features a 3-year roadmap to align governance, processes and systems with BV standards, partnering with Operations, Finance, Performance and the existing APA procurement organization in Asia-Pacific.

Qualifications

Degree in Business or related field required.
Regional leadership experience in procurement preferred.
Knowledge of Flex, Tableau or DxT is an advantage.
Strong communication and analytical skills required.
Experience implementing procurement governance and KPI frameworks.

Responsibilities

Define regional procurement strategy and governance framework.
Lead spend management and category strategy across Asia-Pacific.
Design standardized regional procurement processes, governance, controls and KPI suite.
Oversee enterprise systems integration (P2P, BI) and data governance.
Build capabilities and centers of excellence; drive regional capability building.
Partner with DxT on systems road map alignment and digital enablement.
