Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking an experienced commercial professional to lead NGL origination and development across Asia Pacific, focusing on LPG and ethane growth in East of Suez markets. You will build strategic customer relationships and identify value-driven opportunities in Asia, especially China, collaborating with global teams.

You will help expand the company's commercial platform, provide market intelligence, and represent Energy Transfer at industry events in Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, International Trade, or related field.
• 5-7 years of commercial experience in LPG, ethane, NGLs, energy commodities, trading, or related sectors.
• Proven success originating and negotiating complex commercial agreements within Asian energy, petrochemical, or commodity markets.
• Strong understanding of LPG and NGL market fundamentals, pricing mechanisms, freight economics, logistics, and regional supply-demand trends.
• Established commercial network within Asian energy, petrochemical, trading, and import markets.
• Experience working with cross-functional commercial and trading teams in a global organization.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in Mandarin Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead LPG and ethane business origination efforts across Asia Pacific to support Energy Transfer's growth in East of Suez markets.
• Develop long-term structured LPG and ethane supply opportunities with Asian counterparties such as refiners, petrochemical companies, importers, trading houses, and end users.
• Build and maintain a robust commercial pipeline of prospective customers and strategic counterparties.
• Collaborate with global teams to identify and execute opportunities that create long-term value and enhance market access.
• Support expansion of Energy Transfer's commercial platform and NGL footprint across Asia.
