Job summary

Schroders in Singapore seeks an Communications Manager, Asia to lead SEA communications, PR and internal channels. You will work with senior leaders, business stakeholders and agencies to protect and enhance Schroders' reputation and support regional priorities.

You will develop integrated media programmes, secure profiling opportunities and manage external and internal communications across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Japan, ensuring consistent messaging and strong engagement across

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Business or Marketing.
• 6–8 years in corporate communications or PR, financial services preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and run earned media programmes.
• Experience in internal communications and executive comms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management and engaging senior leaders.
• Organised and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced regional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of SEA comms and PR strategies.
• Develop and manage media relations in Southeast Asia and Japan.
• Identify profiling opportunities and awards for leaders.
• Create media releases, statements and briefing materials.
• Build relationships with business, financial and trade media.
• Oversee PR agency partners to meet objectives and KPIs.
• Drive regional internal comms including town halls and newsletters.
• Partner with leaders and marketing to ensure messaging consistency.
