Viking Connection PTE. LTD. seeks a hands-on Business Process Improvement Lead (BPIL), Asia, to drive QMS alignment and continuous improvement across Asia.

You will oversee ISO9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001 certifications, champion supplier quality, and coordinate cross-functional teams to standardize processes and strengthen operational excellence. Key duties include conducting audits, PPAP support, CAPA actions, and reporting quality performance to management to ensure compliance and sustained

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quality management, supply chain automation or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail with reporting skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.

Responsabilités

• Develop and coordinate quality gates, PPAPs, audits across Asia.
• Drive supplier quality processes from pre-selection to evaluation.
• Administer and standardize QMS and process documentation.
• Implement improvements using CAPA and lessons learned.
• Audit functions and suppliers for compliance.
• Report quality performance to management.
