Job summary

SpaceX is hiring Field Engineers to partner with enterprise customers, acting as the technical face of SpaceX Super Intelligence in the field. You will help customers evaluate the Grok platform, including Grok Build, Grok Bot, and Grok API, guiding proofs of concept and showcasing AI value across engineering workflows and business processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and PoC engagements with customers.
• Build prototypes connecting tools and agents to demonstrate end-to-end workflows.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to engineering leaders and developers.
• Translate requirements into end-to-end solution designs, including rollout and context configuration.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and hands-on sessions.
• Advocate for customers internally to influence product and roadmap.
• Coordinate with post-sales for smooth onboarding and handoffs.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Grok platform and competitive landscape.
