Job summary

SpaceX is recruiting Field Engineers to partner with enterprise customers as the technical face of SpaceX Super Intelligence in the field. You will help customers evaluate the Grok platform, guiding proofs of concept and demonstrating value across engineering workflows and business processes.

You will work with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope solutions, demonstrate capabilities, and act as a trusted advisor to technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Pre-Sales
• Strong communication and executive presence
• Ability to translate technical details into business impact
• Fluent in Tagalog for Philippines market

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements with enterprise customers
• Build prototypes that connect multiple tools to demonstrate end-to-end workflows
• Establish trusted relationships with engineering leaders and developers
• Translate customer requirements into end-to-end solution designs including controls and rollout guidance
• Deliver technical presentations, whiteboard sessions, and hands-on workshops
• Advocate for customers internally to influence product and roadmap priorities
• Collaborate with post-sales to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption
• Maintain deep knowledge of the Grok platform and competitive landscape
• Support account planning and drive expansion opportunities with technical validation
