Qualifications
- 6+ years in luxury commercial or retail settings
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and high emotional intelligence
- Strong analytical skills and data fluency
Responsibilities
- Track KPIs across commercial, client, and product domains
- Lead digitalization of sales reports for exec committees and boutiques
- Develop dashboards and governance routines for decision making
- Prepare executive presentations and recommendations for strategic reviews
- Coordinate performance reviews and action plans across markets
- Consolidate planning and forecasting with Finance
- Collaborate with Regional Commercial Performance team
