Job summary

COLOURY ART ACADEMY PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated art teacher to guide children and students of diverse ages in drawing, painting, and creative media.

You will design engaging lessons and help students prepare for exhibitions and school events. The role requires a diploma or bachelor's in Fine Arts or related field, prior teaching experience with children, and commitment to professional standards including punctuality and classroom management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Art Education or related discipline preferred.
• Previous experience teaching art, particularly to children, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and high-quality individual and/or group art lessons for children and students of different ages and skill levels.
• Prepare students for art exhibitions, showcases, competitions, school events and other creative opportunities.
• Monitor and assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Prepare lesson materials and ensure that classroom and art materials are properly organized and maintained.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to support school activities, exhibitions, workshops and events.
• Maintain professional standards of teaching, punctuality, attendance and classroom management.
• Be available to teach on weekends as part of the School's regular teaching schedule.
