Job summary

COLOR MOON FLAGSHIP PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites passionate art educators to join our studio. You will teach children and adults, lead classes and workshops, and collaborate with teachers to maintain high standards. Weekend work is required with weekday off days.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in art or related field, be fluent in English and Mandarin, and have strong communication skills, with a drive to build our art community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Fine Arts, Art Education, or related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Teach and guide children and adults in art principles and techniques.
• Conduct individual and group art classes in studio and outdoor settings.
• Lead studio classes, school programmes, and art workshops/events.
• Supervise and support other art teachers to ensure high teaching standards.
• Manage marketing initiatives to promote the studio and programmes.
• Handle customer relationship management and inquiries.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field (Master’s Degree is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about art education and community building.
