Job summary

A Painted Sip Pte. Ltd. seeks a dedicated studio operations role to oversee daily tumbler painting activities and run engaging workshops for all ages. You will prepare materials, manage bookings, and ensure the studio remains welcoming and well-organised.

The role involves coordinating schedules, assisting customers, and supporting the team with general administrative duties. Weekend work is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Creative, energetic and enjoys working with people.
• Confident in conducting workshops and engaging with customers.
• Organised, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working weekends and public holidays when required.
• Prior experience in studio management, events, workshops or customer service is an advantage.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the tumbler painting studio.
• Facilitate and conduct tumbler painting workshops for children, adults and corporate groups.
• Prepare workshop materials, equipment and studio setup before each session.
• Manage inventory, supplies, logistics and replenishment of materials.
• Ensure the studio is clean, organised and well-maintained.
• Coordinate workshop schedules, bookings and operational requirements.
• Assist customers and ensure a smooth and enjoyable workshop experience.
• Support the team with general administrative and operational duties.
