Job summary

Coloury Art is seeking a sales-focused role to drive student enrolment and grow sales by promoting art programmes, courses and workshops. You will also handle some admin and customer service tasks to support daily centre operations.

Key responsibilities include promoting and selling art courses, following up with enquiries, communicating with parents, building relationships with customers, promoting trial classes and renewals, and achieving monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, especially in education, enrichment, tuition, retail or customer-facing industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with parents and promoting programmes.
• Sales-oriented, target-driven and motivated by results.
• Proactive, energetic and positive attitude.
• Good organisational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell art courses, programmes and workshops.
• Follow up with enquiries and leads and convert them into student enrolments.
• Communicate with parents and recommend suitable programmes for their children.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promote trial classes, workshops and special programmes.
• Follow up with existing customers for renewals and additional programmes.
• Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets.
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase centre sales and revenue.
• Participate in promotional activities and campaigns to generate new enrolments.
• Manage student registrations and enrolments.
