Motion Art Space is seeking permanent part-time Guest Experience Crews to join our Singapore studio. You'll stock paint, reset stations between sessions, and engage with guests during sessions. Training provided, so prior art background is not required.

You'll work a fixed weekly schedule with AM, PM, or late shifts, including weekdays and weekends. This is a hands-on, guest-centric role in a creative setting, ideal for friendly, service-minded individuals.

About the Role

Guest Experience Crews are responsible for daily operations — preparing the space, hosting guests through their sessions, and maintaining the studio. This is a service/ operations role in a creative environment. You'll be stocking paint, resetting stations between sessions, and engaging with guests. Experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality is a plus — training will be provided. Trained crew take on shifts independently, so you need to be responsible, punctual, and comfortable working on your own.

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced service environment
• People-oriented — able to make small talk with guests and help them have fun (if you're an introvert but want to learn to be more open, this might be for you — we have training for that!)
• Able to commit to a fixed weekly schedule
• No art background required — you'll learn how our art works and provide soft guidance to guests

Schedule

We are currently looking for permanent part-time crew who can take a regular weekly shift.

• AM shift (10am–2pm). PM Shift (2-7pm). Late Shift (7-10pm)
• Weekday and weekend shifts

Compensation & Benefits

• L1 Studio Crew: $11/hr
• L2 Senior Crew: $12/hr
• L3 Shift Lead: $13/hr
• Monthly sales bonus (additional $1–3/hr depending on sales)
• Off-site events and corporate team buildings at $15/hr
