Job summary

2A Entertainment PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a senior creative producer to oversee the creative direction and staging of club events, performances, and entertainment programmes. You will conceptualise stage designs and show themes in line with the brand.

Collaborate with Events, Entertainment, Marketing and Operations; coordinate performers and crews; manage rehearsals, cues, and production schedules, ensuring safety and high-quality experiences for members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee creative direction and staging of club events.
• Conceptualise stage designs and show themes aligned with brand.
• Plan and coordinate stage productions for themed events.
• Collaborate with Events, Entertainment, Marketing, and Ops teams.
• Coordinate performers, hosts, musicians, dancers, DJs, and other entertainment talent.
• Manage rehearsals, stage cues, programme sequences, and transitions.
• Oversee stage setup, props, backdrops, lighting, sound, and AV effects.
• Prepare show rundowns, stage plans, cue sheets, and production schedules.
• Direct performers and technical crews during rehearsals and live events.
• Ensure all performances meet quality standards and professionalism.
• Liaise with external production companies and event suppliers.
• Monitor production timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Troubleshoot on-site production issues and quick decisions.
• Ensure compliance with venue safety requirements.
• Review completed events and identify improvement opportunities.

• Plan and coordinate stage productions for themed parties, gala dinners, festive celebrations, live performances, and special events.

• Work closely with the Events, Entertainment, Marketing, and Operations teams to execute event concepts.

• Coordinate performers, hosts, musicians, dancers, DJs, and other entertainment talent.

• Manage rehearsals, stage cues, programme sequences, and transitions to ensure smooth event execution.

• Oversee stage setup, props, backdrops, lighting, sound, audiovisual effects, and visual displays.

• Prepare show rundowns, stage plans, cue sheets, and production schedules.

• Direct performers and technical crews during rehearsals and live events.

• Ensure all performances and stage activities meet the club’s standards of quality, professionalism, and entertainment value.

• Liaise with external production companies, event suppliers, technical crews, and talent agencies.

• Monitor production timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

• Troubleshoot on-site production issues and make quick decisions to ensure seamless event delivery.
