Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture or related field.
• Experience interpreting construction drawings and coordinating with design teams.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and clash-detection processes.
• Experience preparing and tracking submittals and approvals.
• Knowledge of local Singapore codes and submission processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural information and drawings across project lifecycle.
• Review drawings for design intent, regulatory compliance, and site conditions.
• Prepare, distribute, and track submittals and approvals.
• Support BIM integration into project workflows and clash detection.
• Update documentation and assist with design coordination meetings.
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve discrepancies.
• Provide clarifications to site teams and monitor on-site implementation of approved details.
• Attend coordination meetings and support project documentation control.
