Job summary

Anchorage Construction Co. Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer to draft and prepare 2D and 3D presentation drawings meeting project requirements. You will review drawings, amend changes, and assist on-site to ensure practicality.

You will liaise with Consultants, ensure compliance with Singapore building authorities, and coordinate architectural works on site to keep progress on schedule. Experience in Singapore and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Singapore.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD drawing and interpretation of the Architect's intent.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM preferred.
• Track record in local projects as coordinator for the Main Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for drafting and preparation of 2D and 3D presentation / design drawings to meet project requirements
• Review and checking of all drawings as per design
• Amend and update all changes according to specifications.
• Assist in site visit to ensure all drawings / design is practical
• Liaise with Consultants. Some exposure in BCA Conquas Standards will be good.
• Ensure that contractors carry out their work in compliance with the prevailing regulations set up by the building authorities and government agencies of Singapore
• Coordination of architectural works and ensuring progress of architectural works on site is on schedule
• Report to Project Manager at Site.
