Job summary

TENARCHITECTS PTE. LTD. invites an experienced architectural designer to assist the team in feasibility studies, concept and schematic design presentations, and the development of local and international projects for tender and construction.

Responsibilities include preparing drawings and documents for plan submissions to authorities and ensuring familiarity with Singapore e-Corenet submissions. Candidates should have 3+ years of local experience, strong detailing skills, and good communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of local architecture experience.
• Strong design and detailing skills.
• Familiar with Singapore codes and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Assist Team to prepare Feasibility Study, Concept / Schematic Designs presentation.
• Assist Team to prepare Design Development and Detailing of local and international projects for tender and construction.
• Preparation of drawings and documents required for submission of plans to Authorities for approval.
• Familiar with Singapore's e-Corenet submission.
