Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of architectural project management experience; MOHH project experience preferred.
GMAP certification is a plus.
Strong ability to interpret construction drawings with detail.
Knowledge of BIM/VDC tools and methodologies.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Support PM in project planning; coordinate architectural trades and interfacing with M&E and structures.
Ensure timely submission of drawings, samples, and method statements per schedule.
Plan on-site activities; work with subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and best practices.
Maintain quality and detailing of architectural works to standards and regs.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address design and construction challenges.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
