Job summary

Kienta Engineering Construction Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Architectural Manager to lead on-site architectural activities across multiple projects. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while maintaining strict adherence to design specifications and Singapore regulations.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, manage resources, and guide the site team to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant architectural management experience in construction.
• Strong understanding of authority submission processes and regulatory compliance in Singapore.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multi-disciplinary site activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
