Job summary

China Railway 11 Bureau Group Corporation (Singapore Branch) is seeking an experienced architectural drafter to produce architectural, shop, construction detail, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD in Singapore. You will revise and coordinate drawings with structural, M&E, and other teams, ensuring compliance with project standards and approvals.

A Diploma/Higher NITEC in Architecture or Building Drafting and 3+ years of drafting in building construction are required, with MRT/LTA exposure a

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Architecture, Building Drafting, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant drafting experience in building construction.
• Knowledge of Revit/BIM software to enhance drawing and modeling.
• Familiarity with architectural detailing, construction methods, and Singapore practices.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings accurately.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with project stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Experience in MRT/LTA projects and with Main Contractors is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural, shop, construction detail, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
• Revise drawings based on feedback to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, M&E, and other disciplines to resolve conflicts.
• Ensure drawings meet specifications, authority requirements, and company standards.
• Assist in preparing submission drawings for consultants and authorities.
• Update drawings throughout construction to reflect changes.
• Participate in coordination meetings to align design and construction activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Project/Technical Manager.
